i like almost all cookies, in fact one of my favourite treats is to have a collection of all sorts of different, fresh-baked cookies. my sister used to bring me li'l baggies of assorted cookies home from her bakery, and my favourites were probably hermit cookies, which are AMAZING when done well, and their giant, mind-bendingly fluffy pumpkin cookies (only available in the autumn, of course). a couple days ago i was at a whole foods (the other local groceries didn't have the cheese i was craving) and picked up a raspberry-filled shortbread cookie which was totally delightful.
also i don't know if you've ever had actual jammie dodgers but, unlike jelly babies, they are wonderful and i love them.
would love to visit next time i'm in the larger chicago area and talk food and fandom and audio plays and kitties. <3
