I must say, I so enjoy listening to adaptations of the BAD stories, because Bert Coules always does something so interesting to them and actually makes them good.
You're absolutely right there. As for recording, I use Streambox and the files are saved as .ra. Being a computer dummy, I don't know if they can be used as a CD format or can be converted into a CD format.
I've actually heard every episode they ever broadcast, now
Oh wow. I haven't heard the first series of Further Adventures and some of the stories from His Last Bow, because I was away at the time. Yes, SIGN is wonderful. Actually, Burt Coules doesn't disappoint in any of his episodes, although I was surprised when I first listened to HOUN and found that I didn't like it as much as the others.
Michael Williams is the embodiment of Watson! There're so many reasons to love him, the way he tries to persuade Holmes not to take drugs, the way he flies into a rage in His Last Bow when the audience says they want a war... And Clive Merrison is the embodiment of Holmes! I don't know why, but his Holmes is by far my favourite. Guess I said it too many times before though.
