I listened to The Lion's Mane last night and HOLY LORD it was even better than the Retired Colourman. I must say, I so enjoy listening to adaptations of the BAD stories, because Bert Coules always does something so interesting to them and actually makes them good. Like the Mazarin Stone! Not that LION is actually a bad story, but I never thought it was one of the best.

May I ask how you recorded those guys? I really should have made a post about HOW I was recording the regular episodes; I really don't know why I didn't. Agh, how terribly negligent of me -- so many people could have awesome recordings!! Now I feel bad. I downloaded with wonderful programme called WireTap -- it's a programme that can record streaming audio, and it's the most useful thing EVER. I love it. It saves all programmes as .aifc and you can burn them to CD or whatever at your leisure. Wow, why didn't I make a post about it?? I kept meaning to. Damnation. Ah well.

I've actually heard every episode they ever broadcast, now -- but I want them to broadcast the novels and Further Adventures so I can complete my collection. (Muahahaha and all that). Also, I haven't heard Further Adventures vol. II since it was first broadcast last year, and vol. I since the year before that! I am in need of some good Coules action! By the way, isn't SIGN especially good? I loved how they took a bit of that scene from the end where Holmes and Watson are having the fight about love and put it into the beginning of A Scandal in Bohemia.
