These are all extremely good, Siobhan. I'm sure you knew that, though ;) Your attention to detail and character is very precise (I certainly wouldn't be able to write nearly as good stories, for those very reasons). There's just one minor typo:
'Please,' he cried, 'my friend needs you help!'
I assume that you meant that bolded word to be "your".
What I like best about these stories, is that even though you have completely changed the circumstances, Holmes and Watson are still the very same men. You even made it believable that Holmes would work for Moriarty, or that he was gay. That is something very few people can do, without chaging key aspects of his character. Bravo!
