We've got old man Boots (he'll be 17 in December) and he is constantly crying for something (food, lovings, etc). He was diagnosed 4 yrs ago with hyperthyroidism and between losing his sister, and us bringing in new kittens at the time, he went from a big 15 lbs cat down to 6.5 lbs. This summer, I've been thinking he doesn't have long because of some of his actions and his constant crying at times. But I've found through PetSmart a line of food that he seems to like called Wellness. And I put a spoonful or two for him out at a time and he eats it and then is happy for a while. When he starts crying, I give him a little more. I hope Charlie gets a little better but I just wanted to tell you that I really like the Wellness brand.
