i keep seeing people saying, "BUT HOW?" Well I presume that Thirteen has given her pictures of all his past selves, which she has stuck in her diary. ALSO - this is not a retcon. In 'Silence in the Library' she's sat with her diary, looking from it to Ten's face, which is when she says 'Going by the face it must be early days'! The Moff clearly had it all worked out already! :)
Btw. LOVE all the nick names, although Four could also be 'The Mad Hatter' imho! *g* Mostly - thank you for making me laugh way too much!
