And I was just thinking that the one bad thing about River is that Ten met her for the first time in his timeline so there aren't any wacky adventures with his previous selves. *sigh*
well, in seriousness, i quite like that he can meet new people later in his life and they can still become as important to him as people he met earlier, like the brig (just in different ways, obviously). i mean, it would be depressing otherwise. but also, hey, in fic, anything is possible, so i say GO FOR IT. not just as an ecuse to use all these nicknames either. of course.
