elementary: yeah, i'm watching it

my Totally Not At All Batshit elementary theory is: irene adler is alive and is also moriarty; she faked her own death to get away from holmes' terrible wardrobe.

btw, there is a wee kitten on me who REFUSES to let me sit and type in a peaceful or ergonomic manner. her name is olive. ^___^

HELLO, OLIVE!

I seriously would not be surprised if this turns out to be true. In Elementary-land, it's completely plausible ... and actually, I think I'm okay with that.

I would actually adore that to pieces. And hello Olive!

i am now honestly hoping it will happen.

if it doesn't happen then i'm going to create a shrine in an abandoned warehouse

my opinions on his wardrobe veer between "huh, unexpectedly cute in a strange hobo way" and "dude what are you doing with your life". and yeah, i'm really starting to enjoy it! it started off slow, and the mysteries are almost always insanely stupid, but i'm getting into the characters, lucy liu is pretty awesome, and johnny lee miller is doing some incredibly interesting stuff with holmes. and i actually loved the last episode.

*giggle*snort*

I think you're asking more cleverness out of the writers than they've got to give, but we can live in hope.

By the way, do you know where I can find episode transcripts online/a comm with transcripts? I'm not going to hassle fans in their safe space, but CBS is only making a handful of episodes available for rewatch and it doesn't include the ones where Sherlock meets Joan's mother or where Joan thinks she meets Sherlock's father. I can probably dodge around the finer details, essay-wise, but I'd rather have quotes.

Y'know, Holmesian_news linked to an interview with the Elementary producer who said that Irene "is alive in my heart."

I dunno, I like his outfits. :) Anyway, yeah, the stories are usually pretty bland standard "insert procedural crime drama here" type mysteries, but the characters are pretty great, I am impressed at the amount of work the writers are dong with them, and pleased that they are at least doing some homework with the original stories. Glad that you are enjoying the show!
