Oh! That makes so much sense! I admit I've been puzzling and confusing over how she knows all his faces if even Eleven hasn't "met" her yet, and I never thought of her just having seen PICTURES of each face. DUH DUH DUH. Even if this isn't the answer, I feel much better about the whole thing. ;)
