listening to old big finish podcasts while cleaning
Nick Briggs: "Rob [Shearman] will not be fire-breathing, because of his inflammable beard."
Nick: "There is a character in Rob's TV Doctor Who episode, Dalek, who is named after his wife; what is the name?"
Paul Wilson: [in the background] "The Myrka!"
Nick: "The Myrka, did you say?
Paul: "Yes. Well, he played it once, didn't he, in one of our episodes?"
Nick: "Rob did, not his wife! ...I think you just said Rob's wife is the Myrka. I think that's what you just said, Paul."

seven long waterless years...
right now i'm halfway through the previous podcast, listening to you talk about your flammable beard syndrome and how often you enjoy smelling your own books, while your mouth is full of surreptitious christmas cake. it's a very moving edition of the podcast.
