don't you understand that (ostensibly!) trans people have to prove they have the right to be treated as a proper human being? which of course means ignoring the existence of genderqueer people, intersex people, and anyone else who doesn't slot into what cis people decree is the proper box in the gender dichotomy? which also includes anyone who has ever struggled with being trans, especially if they're batshit, because as we know the mentally ill always have a firm grasp on gender theory and what it means in regards to their own identity.
