eta: apparently it has been retitled "the eleventh doctor" (it had previously been titled "the ten doctors"). omg guys!

It's why all the pretty white boys are so emo, they know we don't care enough and it makes them HURT INSIDE.

"i really do think he's too physically similar to tennant for them to cast him. they've never cast a doctor who looked at all like the previous one -- they've always done their best to make them totally new and different. well, within the white british male spectrum. but still!"

I would tend to agree re there being too much surface similarity, but then I have such a terrible prediction track record for this show I don't want to make any actual guesses.
