I knew Rose was going to leave in Doomsday before I got started, and I think I liked Ten enough as an entity detached from Rose that I continued. Plus, I'd taken peeks into the show's lore, and that really got me hooked onto the idea of the show as a whole despite the problems of that particular series.

That's a really weird comparison to look at there, because both Four/Leela and Three/Jo are like REALLY HIGH on my favorites. XD
